aji de gallina. It’s a creamy chicken dish that’s full of flavor. I usually prepare it with rice and boiled potatoes. I can share the recipe if you all are interested!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of bread soaked in milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of aji amarillo paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

3. Add the soaked bread, aji amarillo, and chicken. Mix well.
